Food has always been my passion, and after six years in the food and drink industry, I know how important it is to make every event feel special. I love creating good vibes, serving great food, and seeing the smiles that come with it.
I wanted to create something unique in the area, something that could be enjoyed all year round.
To bring this dream to life, I invested in a horsebox, bought a traditional Dutch grill, poured my heart into the design, and that’s how The Pancake Box was born!
